Breitenbach
For the Swiss food industry, Sopp Industrie, in collaboration with its partner Breitenbach, developed a bow dispenser that significantly simplifies the process of attaching gift bows. The motivation behind this was the high labor requirements and the shortage of skilled workers in manual packaging processes.
The bow dispenser automatically feeds the next bow, so that it only needs to be attached to the packaging. In the future, fully automated processing – for example, using robotics – is also planned.
The result: reduced labor requirements in the packaging process and the foundation for more efficient workflows and lower production costs.
Together with Sopp Industrie, we have found a way to apply the classic bow to the packaging more efficiently. This development demonstrates how we can achieve significant savings through small innovations, even with traditional products.
